Refund and Returns Policy

All living plants, roots, and items are sold as is. We make every effort to be sure you receive a living and viable specimen of what you ordered. Upon receipt of any live products you have 48 hours to notify us of any issues with a detailed articulation of the complaint and clear pictures. If it is determined that we made a mistake, we will refund, replace, or issue a credit at our discretion. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages due to shipping or handling. After 48 hours has past, you assume all responsibility for storage and care of your living products.

 

Please note: it is normal for dahlia tubers to have some shriveling, cropped ends, and other minor damage. They will still grow well, as long as, they are not brittle or mush, have an intact neck, and enough crown for an eye to develop. They will not always have a sprouted eye growing when you receive your tuber but they will continue to develop. If there is already a long sprout growing that is broken, or the sprout is knocked off, it will regrow.


If it is discovered later that we sent the wrong variety or type of live product, we will issue a credit equal to the amount spent on that item on your order. 


There is no refund or exchanges for tickets to live events. However, you may transfer the ticket to another person. Events are held rain or shine. If an event is cancelled or has a time change due to circumstances outside our control, you will be notified and given options at that time.


Under no circumstances will the cost of shipping be refunded for any reason.
